Kimberly Shimmon become a certified massage therapist in 1997 while pursuing a bachelor of science degree in kinesiology (the study of muscles and their relation to pain relief) at Sacramento State University. Upon completion of her degree, Kimberly continued her study of advanced massage therapy techniques at the Healing Arts Institute while working in the field of physical therapy. In 2001, Kimberly launched out on her own to build a practice focused on using massage to help relieve the symptoms associated with common medical ailments and their treatments.

Today, Kimberly offers a wide variety of massage services aimed at everything from providing relaxation to relieving the side effects of stress, pregnancy, menopause, headaches, arthritis, circulatory issues, muscle and joint injuries, and fatigue.
